Fulfillment in Vietnam
Applies only when you use Lavix's fulfillment service. You see an exact quote for every order before you confirm, and fees are deducted at reconciliation.
Each order has many variables (quantity, size, weight, value, carrier), so the actual fee may be higher or lower than the average, calculated from the components below.

Delivery
Lavix does not yet operate a warehouse in this market. You use your own carrier, and Lavix connects to it and tracks your orders; no fulfillment fees apply.
When fees are charged
- The platform fee is charged when an order has been delivered successfully and the funds have been reconciled; cancelled and returned orders incur no platform fee.
- AI costs are deducted from the AI Wallet based on actual usage.
- Fulfillment fees are offset when COD funds are reconciled, in accordance with the Wallet Policy.
Currency and exchange rates
Prices are listed in each market's local currency, converted from the base price at the reference exchange rate of 24/09/2026. These prices remain fixed and do not change with daily exchange rates until Lavix announces an adjustment.
Welcome offer
When you register and verify your information, new stores receive funds in the Welcome Wallet (for platform fees) and AI credit (for AI-powered selling), so you can see results before paying anything yourself. Conditions and validity are set out in the Wallet Policy.
Referral commissions
You earn 5% of the actual spending of stores you refer, credited to your Referral Wallet. No commission is earned on spending paid from the Welcome Wallet or Referral Wallet. Conditions are set out in the Wallet Policy.
Price changes
Lavix gives notice of price changes at least 30 days before they apply, in accordance with the Terms of Service. Stores with more than 10,000 orders/month, or that need a custom quote for special goods, please submit a request with the topic "Lavix consultation" and our sales team will get in touch.
